Job Description

F&B Administration
* Participating in inventory management, procurement, and financial documentation.
*Rotate through Bella Sera, Belga, and Maison Mizuki to learn operations and service standards.
*Support admin tasks for room service, banquets, and outlets.
*Work with supervisors to ensure policy compliance and smooth processes.
F&B Operations
*Rotate across Bella Sera, Maison Mizuki, Belga, and other outlets for hands-on experience.
*Apply HACCP, roster planning, and staff training support.
*Assist in daily service tasks including guest order taking, food & beverage service, and maintaining hygiene standards.
*Work with outlet managers to identify opportunities for service or process improvement.
F&B Project
*Undertake one project during the program, choosing from areas such as Revenue Management, Marketing, Menu Development, or Staff Coaching.
*Conduct research and data analysis, develop SMART objectives, and implement the project across multiple outlets.
*Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

* Students currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or related fields
* Students with prior internship experience in hotel operations or the Food & Beverage department.
* Passionate about Food & Beverage and delivering memorable guest experiences
* Strong English communication and interpersonal skills (other languages a plus)
* Team players who are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
* Enthusiastic about luxury hospitality and eager to learn
