About this opportunity:
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Ericsson team as an Automated Operations Engineer. This role is crucial to ensuring continuous, high-quality service to our customers. As part of this dynamic team, you will coordinate, support, and manage both proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Your responsibility will be to maintain service availability and performance at optimum levels, as stipulated in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).What you will do:
- Monitor 1st level services and manage events.
- Handle alarms for services and resources.
- Supervise the performance of services and resources.
- Monitor security events.
- Identify incidents and conduct investigations for capacity and performance.
