As part of this dynamic team, you will coordinate, support, and manage both proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Your responsibility will be to maintain service availability and performance at optimum levels, as stipulated in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).What you will do:

- Supervise the performance of services and resources.
- Monitor security events.
- Identify incidents and conduct investigations for capacity and performance.
