Job Description

* Manage the end-to-end internship process for four Bosch entities in Thailand, including hiring, onboarding, exit processes, and contract management.
* Coordinate with HR teams and hiring managers and interns at Bangkok and Rayong locations related to internship activities and inquiries.
* Prepare company-related documents for foreign employees and interns to support Thai visa applications from overseas.
* Liaise between expatriates and vendors for inbound expat logistics, including immigration related matters and invoices settlement.
* Support HR digitalization initiatives (Power Automate and Power BI) and shared service projects.
* Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams 365.
* Available for a minimum 4-month internship period
