Capital Planning
* Ensure site CAPEX planning is aligned with loading profiles, with all spending items planned and executed at the appropriate timing.
* Maintain reasonable depreciation (Depre) assumptions to support accurate site cost planning.
* Own Fab funding items and ensure all capital needs are fully covered with clear and sound justifications.
* Design, develop, and enhance financial and planning models to ensure high accuracy, robustness, and usability.
* Provide timely and transparent CAPEX walk visibility to site leadership, and develop strategies to maximize utilization, drive cost reduction, and capture optimization opportunities.
Benchmarking
* Collaborate with MI and partner fabs to identify gaps in workstation performance and drive closure plans to meet or exceed external benchmarks.
* Lead internal benchmarking initiatives to improve tool performance and overall workstation efficiency.
Data Analysis
* Develop a strong understanding of Micron's data architecture and effectively retrieve and manipulate data using SQL.
* Understand relational database models and normalization to represent and analyze complex real-world data structures.
* Analyze raw and structured data using statistical and analytical tools to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Deliver data-driven insights, recommendations, and decision support to internal customer groups using appropriate decision analysis methodologies.
Managerial Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers and analysts to achieve departmental and site-level objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and capital effectiveness.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business, operational, and financial goals.
* Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management with clear insights and actions.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the team.
* Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and capital returns.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Drive training and development programs to continuously enhance team capability and technical depth
