Team Introduction: We are a product team focused on improving merchant growth certainty on Shop Ads. Centered on GMVmax, we build scalable products that help merchants identify key issues, discover growth opportunities, and take clear, actionable next steps. Through diagnostics, recommendations, benefits, and creative insights, we drive best-practice adoption ultimately improving GMV performance and long-term revenue growth. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Work with the lead Product Manager to build TikTok shop ads products like diagnosis, benefit, recommendation, insight products that help advertisers follow ads best practice and grow their business on Tiktok shop. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, engineering, data science, platform to define goals, develop, test, and launch products - Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields. - Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems - Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026. - Prior internship or project experience in product management, ads, e-commerce, creator/creative tools, or data analysis is preferred
