In this role, you will directly contribute to tactical commercial and regulatory change projects within our Snacks & Beverage business. By supporting project managers with systems, data, and project reporting, your work will ensure the smooth transition of critical business processes. Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with project managers to understand data requirements and ensure on-time delivery of accurate data.
* Engage with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply planning, and operations) to identify and deliver essential project master data.
* Co-lead and support tactical commercial and regulatory change projects to drive success.
* Ensure flawless data entry into the MyInnovation system, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
* Develop, update, and present NPD reports to stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop on project progress.
* Help prepare for Gate Reviews by ensuring that all relevant information is ready and accessible.
* Track NPD progress and assist with the Weekly Project Management agenda, ensuring all projects are on target.
Qualifications

* 4th-year undergraduate student
* Basic understanding of project management processes
* Quick to pick up digital tools and systems, and eager to learn new things
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Solid understanding of PepsiCo's products and sustainability commitments
* Analytical, organized, and great at managing time
* Problem-solving mindset and eager to solve complex challenges
* Familiar with process improvement and reducing waste
* Eager to work with numbers and have sharp analytical skills
