Our team plays a key role in managing department-wide initiatives, facilitating governance processes, and building bridges between functions - all in service of delivering better outcomes for patients. Main Responsibilities

* Support the organization and facilitation of key meetings, including performance reviews and governance sessions
* Track meeting outcomes and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery
* Conduct analyses and develop presentations to support strategic decision-making
* Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects in collaboration with other departments
* Contribute to alignment efforts across teams by maintaining clear and consistent communication channels

About You

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern who is eager to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate will bring:

* Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
* Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams
* Proactive attitude and attention to detail
* Technical Skills:
* Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable working with data and creating structured presentations
* Fluent in both English and Turkish (written and spoken)
