Assist brand managers in the execution of marketing plans Support in the development and implementation of ATL & BTL campaigns, including TV, digital, influencer, OOH, shopper marketing, and experiential activations Contribute to NPD (New Product Development) launches by supporting packaging design, naming, and activation ideas Support the creation of engaging content across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and monitor brand presence online Collaborate with cross-functional teams Conduct desk research and analyze market/consumer insights to support decision-making Assist in day-to-day operations and coordination of internal processes
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Preferably 4th year undergraduate student Available to work full-time for 5 days a week Fluent in English and Turkish Able to understand and interpret data Knowledge in MS Office applications Passionate about marketing and working in FMCG sector A team player with curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset Analytical, result oriented and eager to learn Good and effective communication skills Highly self-motivated, flexible and energetic
