Job Description & SummaryAt PwC, our people in business services and support focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the organisation. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

Those in client administration at PwC will focus on managing and coordinating client relationships, prioritising smooth communication and efficient service delivery. You will utilise strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support the overall client experience.

Intern, Practice Support Services provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the engagement teams to ensure the smooth delivery of professional services. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Client Acceptance & Compliance Support

- Assist in planning and preparing Risk Management procedures for new and existing clients, including ICR, AML, CES, and JBR documentation.

- Conduct client background research and compile relevant information for Managers and engagement teams, when required by the Team Manager (TM).

- Perform all secretarial and administrative work related to engagement documentation, including typing, formatting, proofreading, printing, scanning, and binding of:

* Proposals and other deliverables

* Engagement Letters

* Management Letters

* Handover & liquidation minutes

* Other documents upon request.

Proposal & Bidding Support

Provide administrative assistance for Assurance proposals and bidding processes, aligned with assigned portfolios.

Billing & Payment Support

- Process billing requests in a timely and accurate manner.

- Follow up on payments with relevant internal stakeholders and maintain proper records.

Meeting & Coordination Support

- Provide administrative support to audit and internal audit teams in organizing meetings, including:

- Scheduling meetings and sending calendar invitations

- Preparing agendas and meeting materials

- Prepare refreshments for meetings

Travel & Logistics Support

- Support Partners, Directors, engagement teams and SME in booking air tickets and accommodation for business trips, in compliance with firm policies.

- Logistics arrangements and on-site support for BD events/ Outing, and LOS events

REQUIREMENTS:
* Preferably final year student or fresh graduate with a relevant major (Business Administration, Management, or a related field).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good command of spoken and written English.

* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.

* Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling client and firm information.

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work diligently under pressure.

* Flexible and adaptable to different work environments, processes, and priorities.

* Able to interact effectively with different stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team.

* Committed to applying firm-standard templates, branding, and documentation guidelines.

* Ensures strict compliance with firm policies, procedures, and office protocols.
