RESPONSIBILITIES
* Procuremnet digitalization activities: vendor code, contract management, rate maintenance, contract procurement excellence, procurement sustainability to ensure the Optimum useage of procurement tools & systems
* Procurement & cost analysis, Handle daily request related to multi-transport (inland FCL/LCL trucking, rail, domestic ocean, barge, cross-border transportation) for South & Central Vietnam
* Tender management, assist in preparing and managing shipment tenders, support planning and coordinate with stakeholders on volume and requirements
* Cost saving initiatives, PPM Platform excellence
* Ensure contract documents are accurate, well maintained in structure and timely reviewed and all required licenses / certificates are timely renewed.
* Support Procurement Compliance, HSSE Safety and ESG requirements
* Other tasks (if required)
End results
* Deliver efficient procurement process with timely sourcing and supplier selection
* Ensure smooth operation with internal and external vendors
Accountabilities:
* Follow procurement sourcing steps

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education:
* Hold a bachelor's degree in related field to supply chain
Experience:
* Fresh graduated students who have basic knowledge of supply chain / logistics industry.
* Contract management & high sense of risk assessment & management
* Teamwork skills.
* Fluent English speaking & writing
* Good communication and coordination abilities
* Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point and Vison
* Ability to work at least 6 months (full-time)
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills
* Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness
* Students from FTU / UEH is preferrable
