[Bosch R&D - Internship] AI Agent Building Intern

Job Description

* Support the development of AI Agents for Engineering use cases using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, and LangChain framework.
* Understand core components of AI Agent architecture, including prompt design, tool integration, memory management, orchestration, and evaluation of responses.
* Design and implement data ingestion pipelines, connecting to enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, databases, APIs) to enable intelligent retrieval and summarization.
* Support the development of agent workflows for engineering processes (e.g., document analysis, test report summarization, problem-solving support such as 8D).
* Assist in building and integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Power Platform, DevOps).
* Conduct testing, evaluation, and performance measurement of AI agents (accuracy, latency, completeness of answers), and document results.
* Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data experts to continuously improve agent capabilities and usability

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
* Strong background in programming and computational problem solving (preferably Python).
* Basic understanding or experience (academic projects acceptable) in AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot/agent development.
* Familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g., LangChain), REST APIs, or Microsoft platforms (Power Platform, Azure) is a plus.
* Strong interest in AI Agent technologies, Generative AI, and applied engineering use cases.
* Willingness to learn new technologies, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
* Good communication skills in English and ability to work in an international team environment
