Job Description

Key responsibilities:
* You will assist our asset managers in the daily operations of our real estate logistics portfolio, gaining invaluable insights into the industry.
* You will help update quarterly asset management reports and fund reports, enhancing your analytical and reporting capabilities.
* You will collaborate with the team to regularly update asset business plans in Soneka, contributing to strategic decision-making.
* You will be involved in preparing for strategic lease negotiations to boost the cash flow and valuation of our assets.
* You will work with the asset management team and our SRI department on various exciting ESG initiatives, making a real impact on sustainability.
* You will conduct regular quality checks on external property management reports, ensuring excellence in our operations.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have at least a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and/or Finance.
