We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Mantu, specifically dedicated to recruit IT functions.This is an opportunity for individuals who are looking to take their career to the next level within a dynamic and international consulting group. Your missions Manage recruitment processes, focusing on roles within the IT sector. Handle high volume recruitment processes efficiently and effectively. Leverage your knowledge and experience in corporate recruitment to source top-tier candidates. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies. Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media networks, job boards, referrals etc., to attract potential candidates. Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) for continuous improvement of recruiting operations. Your profile You have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role (2/3 years). You have fluent verbal and written skills in French and English. You have demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment processes from start to finish. You possess excellent communication skills which help build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality. Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies over time. Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
