Our international communications team is growing! We are looking for a Project Officer for the European perimeter (VIE contract - based in Madrid). In this role, you will support the coordination and deployment of communication activities across 10 countries to help elevate our brand towards candidates, employees, clients, and external audiences. What will you do in your day-to-day? As a Communication Officer, you will play a key role in managing, creating, and coordinating internal communications across the company. You will be responsible for content creation, organizing internal initiatives, and tracking activity and engagement KPIs. 1. International communications & project coordination * Coordinate communication activities across the perimeter, act as a central point of contact for local teams, and ensure alignment with global strategy. * Ensure consistency, quality, and brand coherence across markets. * Participate in the conception, coordination, and deployment of major international communication campaigns. * Monitor country implementation and ensure content adaptation for local needs. 2. Candidate & employee experience communications * Contribute to global employer branding initiatives and ensure local activation. * Create and coordinate content to improve the candidate journey and employee engagement. * Support HR and Talent development teams in developing communication materials, messaging, and storytelling for internal initiatives. 3. Client communications * Assist in the design, coordination, and rollout of communication materials and campaigns dedicated to clients. * Support teams in reinforcing client-oriented messaging and value propositions. 4. External communications * Leadership advocacy: support directors and senior leaders in strengthening their external visibility and thought leadership. * Website management: contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of the country's websites (content updates, proofreading, SEO basics). * Monitor performance and propose improvements based on analytics and user insights
Profil requis du candidat:
Skills & experience required: Profile * Two years minimum of experience in communications, marketing or similar fields. * Strong interest in international communications, project management, and content coordination. * Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to pilot multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities in English (C1/C2 level required). * Proactive, curious, and eager to propose ideas and improve processes. * Analytical mindset and ability to use KPIs to inform decisions.
