AERODOM, a multi-airport entity within VINCI Airports located in the Dominican Republic, is seeking a Maintenance Methods Engineer to support the evolution of its maintenance practices and enhance the performance of its infrastructure. This strategic position, based in Santo Domingo, involves regular travel to the various airport platforms across the country. Main Responsibilities: In the context of transformation and continuous improvement, the Maintenance Methods Engineer will have the following key responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities: 1. Enhancing maintenance maturity: * Initiate and structure a transition process from reactive to preventive maintenance concerning the technical scope of the concession agreement: 1. Building (civil works, …) 2. Infrastructure (pavement, runway, taxiway, …) 3. Utilities (HPV / MVP, water, …) 4. Equipment (mechanical, electrical, vehicles, …) * Identify the best practices and processes to improve the reliability and availability of each class of assets. * Ensure the integration of the new terminal and its equipment (handover process) into the maintenance plan. 2. Defining Preventive Plans Maintenance (PPM) and associated procedures: * Collaborate with various stakeholders (local teams, technical managers, suppliers) to define and implement preventive maintenance plans to each site and class of asset/model. * Draft and standardize preventive maintenance procedures, ensuring they are clear, applicable, and aligned with best practices. * Implement a process for regular validation and updates of plans and procedures. * Defining a spare part strategy 3. Setting up and Monitoring performance indicators: * Define relevant SMART KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities. * Develop dashboards to track performance and propose corrective actions when necessary. 4. Deploying the New CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): * Lead the deployment project of the new CMMS solution across all AERODOM sites. * Train local teams on the use of the tool and ensure its adoption. 5. Supporting local teams in changing management: * Work closely with maintenance teams at each platform to assist them in adopting new practices. * Unite and convince stakeholders around improvement projects. 6. Check and Audit: Conduct site visits and audits to ensure/control: - the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. - the correct use of operational procedures and the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Profil requis du candidat:

Education and Experience: * Engineering degree or equivalent (specialization in maintenance, industrial engineering, or related field) - ENSAM, INSA, ... * 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site or industrial environment. Technical Skills: * Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and associated tools. * Experience in deploying or using a CMMS tool (experience in leading CMMS projects is a plus). * Ability to analyze and interpret performance indicators. * Skills in drafting procedures and managing documentation. Language Skills: * Fluent Spanish (essential for interacting with local teams). * Professional English (a significant advantage for communication with headquarters and international partners). Personal Attributes: * Excellent communication and persuasion skills to unite teams around projects. * Natural leadership, hands-on approach and the ability to be heard in a multicultural environment. * Rigor, organization, and autonomy in project management. * Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
