O Aprendiz de Escritório apoia a execução das rotinas administrativas da área de Inteligência de Merchan, garantindo que os processos internos estejam organizados e alinhados às demandas da equipe.
O objetivo é aprender na prática os processos da área, desenvolvendo noções de organização, controle de materiais, comunicação visual e suporte operacional. E claro, prepará-los para futuras oportunidades na área administrativa e de merchandising.
Atividades:
- Controle de EPI's e Uniformes
- Cadastros diversos
- Apoio aos comunicados internos
- Edição de vídeos simples
- Apoio às apresentações em PPT
Perfil desejado:
- Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Boa comunicação escrita e verbal
- Noções de organização e controle de documentos
- Proatividade e vontade de aprender
- Organização e atenção a detalhes
- Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas simultâneas
