Description du poste:

Candidates interested in learning how to perform a specialized job through in-job-training.

Under close supervision, the apprentice could perform different tasks depending on the area assigned as required including but not limited to:
* Support in the administrative routines of the department such as document scanning, material printing, document filing and schedule development
* Files organization and control - Handles, elaborates and controls diferent supply inventory and processes orders for internal and external clients
* May update systems and reports specific to the area where functions are carried out
* Reviews specific requests from internal and / or external clients
* Customer service to internal and external customers
* Adheres to health and safety standards
* May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Education:
Completed high school or in progress, and it is necessary to present proof of attendance at classes

Experience:
No previous experience required

Skills:
* Be older than 14 Years old and younger than 24 Years old.
* Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills
* Follow instructions
* Team working skills
* Self-motivation
