Your role
Are you a great people manager? Do you enjoy getting the most out of your team every day? We are looking for someone like you to join our team. As team lead, you will be managing a growing team responsible for transactional reporting to regulators across the world. Your focus will be excellence and you will drive yourself and your team to deliver consistent results in the constantly changing regulatory landscape. You will work together with the Regulatory Reporting regional management team as well as global stakeholders to ensure obligations to the regulatory authorities are met.

Your team
While based full time in Wuxi, you'll be working in a global team responsible for functions supporting transactional reporting to global regulators within tight deadlines. In our collaborative culture, the team works closely with a number of other teams to ensure UBS' obligations are met. You will work with people from all walks of life making this team diverse, sharing ideas and experiences to achieve common goals.

Your expertise
- managed dynamic teams before, ideally global teams

- an understanding of what it takes to create, maintain and retain a successful and driven team with motivated individuals

- have experience of the regulatory operations, or banking operations at a minimum

- excellent communication skills, both in person and remotely

- a track record of delivery
