Job Description

You will join the Loan Administration team, which is looking for a Loan Administration Manager for a 2-year apprenticeship starting from September 2026.
In this role, you will assist the team in the operational management of structured financing files for our clients, which include borrowers as well as banks in the context of syndicated loans. You will primarily use the Loan IQ tool for monitoring and managing operations.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main missions will be:
* Manage a portfolio of files and handle all management events that may occur during the file's lifecycle (drawdown, repayment, commission collection, restructuring...);
* Ensure proper receipt of funds and correct accounting of operations (managing accounting suspense items);
* Process internal and external requests and claims, from participating banks, from the lead arranger of a banking pool in which Natixis participates;
* Interface with various internal stakeholders (Middle Office, Accounting) and external ones (Client, Banking pool banks if we are lead arranger, Agent, Insurer...).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student with a BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance. You master office tools (Excel, Word). Knowledge of the Loan IQ tool is a plus, but training will be provided. You are recognized for your very good analytical and synthesis capabilities. You demonstrate team spirit and have the ability to work autonomously. Endowed with a sense of customer service and good communication skills, you are rigorous and organized. You are proactive, motivated to learn and recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
