We are looking for our next Inclusive Insurance Strategy and Impact performance apprentice as of September 2026 and for 12 months at our AXA Headquarters! Within AXA EssentiALL, you will join the Strategy, Performance management and Impact team as our Strategy and Impact Measurement Apprentice. What You'll Do Bring your analytical, partnership and project management skills for the progress of our Inclusive Insurance Impact measurement Framework Support the performance Management and Impact team, as well local entities and external partners, for the selection, definition and project management of ongoing impact assessment studies in developing markets Preparation of information related to our products and clients with local teams Development and validation of questionnaires to be used with clients Analysis of the main trends and revision of first results Preparation of conclusions and recommendations material for follow up within AXA Working closely with local entities team, performance management and impact team, support our annual process for customer centricity analysis Data collection across several mature and developing markets at AXA Consolidation and analysis at portfolio level of our tool Preparation of materials with conclusions and recommendations Participate and support team members in the preparation of internal and external meetings with relevant content related to impact measurement and social indicators Develop in-depth studies of specific topics relating to the AXA EssentiALL inclusive insurance space: Support, and/or coordinate the preparation of internal and external presentations and documents for governance, business development of inclusive insurance products Contribute to the communications and advocacy strategy of the business with relevant content that supports and enhances AXA EssentiALL clients' visibility and narrative Who You Are Strong analytical and project management kills with good planning skills, capable of consolidating and summarizing information from diverse sources into a simple narrative Fluent in English - both written and spoken. French language skills optional but preferred MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point - advanced level (mandatory) Advanced Power Point and communication skills is a strong plus We encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.
