Job Description
You are joining our Leverage Finance - France team (specializing in LBO financing execution) within Natixis' Corporate Banking division, which is looking for an LBO Financing Assistant for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in Janvier 2027.
The Leverage Finance - France team handles the structuring and execution of LBO transactions on behalf of investment funds.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Conduct strategic and financial analysis of target companies, critically reviewing due diligence reports;
* Model projected cash flow scenarios and different acquisition financing options;
* Draft pitches to support deal origination, summary notes for the credit committee, and information memoranda for transaction syndication;
* Oversee financed acquisitions, coordinating with the management of target companies, private equity investors, and private debt investors.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance.
You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
You constantly challenge yourself and seek to continuously develop new skills.
You are pragmatic and rigorous.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
