Job Description

You are joining the Data & Digital - Business Management & Transformation team of Global Banking Operations (GBO) at Natixis CIB, which is looking for a Data Analyst for a 2-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring data quality by deploying the "data management framework" on a data domain for a set of data (critical data elements) and by leading the "data quality" committee: identifying CDEs, documenting data (mapping, model, flow), putting them under governance by implementing quality controls, coordinating remediation actions, and ensuring their quality;
* Designing reports in Power BI to visualize activity performance;
* Developing innovative solutions based on the group's digital solutions (PowerApps, Alteryx) and AI solutions;
* Contributing to communication and animation of Data and Digital topics (Town halls, tech community presentation and animation).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+4/5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Data. You are proficient in Power BI and the Office Pack. You have knowledge of SQL and the use of databases, or analytical ETL tools (particularly Informatica, PowerQuery, Alteryx, Easymorph). Knowledge of the banking sector and financing areas (structured financing, trade finance, treasury financing, and/or cash management) is a plus. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a very good capacity for listening, and a sense of analysis and reporting. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
