BPCE Equipment Solutions (BPCE ES), a company of the BPCE Group, specializes in financing sales and professional equipment for companies. The company is a leader in Europe and no. 2 worldwide in this market.
BPCE ES has a strong international presence, with activities in several countries through its various entities.
The Compliance department at BPCE ES is attached to the General Secretariat and supports teams in France and abroad on compliance issues, while contributing to regulatory and reputational risk management.
Your tasks within the team
In collaboration with the members of the Compliance team, your main tasks will be to:
1°) Contribute to compliance exercises and campaigns (risk assessment, KRI, capacity assessment...)
2°) Organize and participate in compliance committees, and draft reports
3°) Contribute to the update and dissemination of compliance policies and procedures
4°) Participate in the processing of internal and external information requests
5°) Follow up on identified incidents and associated actions
6°) Contribute to reporting and updating compliance indicators and logs (mandatory training, gift declarations, etc.)
7°) Update the compliance intranet site and propose improvements
8°) Interact with international entities on compliance matters and support their requests
