Your missions :
As a Global Consumer Market Intelligence Project Manager Apprentice, you will join our global team to help transform the way consumer research is conducted by L'Oréal. Your scope will be worldwide (Global), focusing on improving methodologies, driving innovation, and accelerating the evolution of quantitative studies. You will be at the heart of launching cutting-edge proof-of-concepts (POCs) and testing new, pioneering research methods.
Your key missions will include:
* 👉? Steering the "Blind Use Test" Strategy: Planning and tracking activities globally, conducting annual business reviews, and managing internal communications to share key learnings.
* 👉? Steering the "i-screening" Test Strategy: Managing the planning, tracking, and annual reporting of this testing protocol, alongside driving internal communications.
* 👉? Deploying "Claims Relevancy" Guidelines: Rolling out these strategic guidelines across our international hubs and coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the newly launched pilot studies (POCs).
* 👉? Driving & Communicating "Claims Validation" Guidelines: Promoting the adoption of Claims Validation guidelines through dynamic communication and active engagement across our global network of hubs.
Your Profile
* You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school.
* You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
* You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills, your organizational sense, and your proactivity. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
