Job Description
You will join our Key Account Relations team, which is looking for a Commercial Support Officer for a one-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Support the development of key account and partnership activities:
* Assistance with qualifying and tracking leads and opportunities;
* Preparation of commercial materials; Organization of client and/or distributor presentations and events;
* Occasional participation in trade shows;
* Coordination with marketing, legal, and compliance teams for tenders; Monitoring commercial indicators and weekly reporting.
* Support the launch of new products:
* Analysis of client needs and competitive intelligence;
* Participation in drafting technical and commercial documentation;
* Assistance in setting up launch operations.
* Operational Support Function:
* Management of questionnaires and CRM tools, database updates;
* Tracking client requests and coordinating with internal teams;
* Administrative follow-up of business relationships and partnerships (agreements, KYC, commission, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student with a BAC+4/5 level, pursuing a degree in wealth management, economics/sales/commerce, or equivalent.
You have good interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit, and a high customer service orientation.
You demonstrate analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
You are proficient with office suites and the Pack Office; familiarity with a CRM and LLMs would be a plus.
You possess good written and oral communication skills in French, and professional English is appreciated.
