Description du poste:

The Issue Management Apprentice will support the team in managing and tracking operational risk events (OREs) and issues across the KYC / EDD program. This role will focus on ensuring effective coordination, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation to support issue resolution and closure in partnership with Control Management and relevant stakeholders

Profil requis du candidat:

* Recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Good understanding of risk, compliance, or governance processes (preferred but not mandatory).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools is a plus.
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
* Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution.
