Facilities Coordinator

In Places, we don't sit back and let things happen, we make things happen, and we do this in service to all Apple employees and customers. Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple's retail stores, workplaces, and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and productive work environment for Apple employees in Munich and Berlin.
Experience in managing corporate facilities in the German market. Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within a facility environment. Experience managing and coordinating external technical resources (e.g., contractors, vendors). Experience leading small-scale construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. Understanding of real estate and facility administration principles, including budgeting, contract management, and space planning. Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in iOS/MacOS environment and MS Office suite. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive end-user experience. This includes proactively identifying and addressing employee needs and ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
