YOUR MISSION
* Own commercial operations and trading activities for PUMA.com direct-to-consumer business
* Be responsible for revenue growth and profitability improvement for channel
* Support creation and overseeing the overall promotional strategy for eu.PUMA.com.
* Drive key initiatives and complex cross functional projects
* Define and monitor business KPIs, ensure stable operational processes
* Identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and process improvements
* Coordinate activities amongst relevant teams - Commercial, Merchandising, Content and Marketing to ensure unified and relevant customer experience
* Identify, assess and create proposals for new opportunities, business models or resource allocation. Drive and project manage implementation of strategic initiatives.
YOUR TALENT
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant area
* First relevant work experience (at least 1 year) in eCommerce or Digital Industry
* Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes and KPIs
* Strong analytical skills - ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reports
* Commercial mindset and ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English, fluency in German or another European language is a plus.
