Your responsibilities

For the Trading IT ETRM Platform and Operations Team we are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure and System Operations Analyst joining the team for business critical ETRM applications.
* Work as IT Cloud Infrastructure Specialist in an integrated international team and be support the IT operation of cloud-based Application infrastructure for critical ETRM Applications
* Work on continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure operations of the Application landscape and aligning 3rd Party Vendors, internal and external Teams
* Use modern tools for operational monitoring and further optimize the IT infrastructure of the ETRM cloud instances
* Help keeping system documentation updated (Security Concepts, DR Concepts etc.)
* Support the execution of DR, Security Table Top, Pen-Testing activities.
* Identifies operational infrastructure related problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems
* Develops operational solutions by defining, studying, procedures and processes to be followed from the internal and external team
* Supports System Audit activities
* Applies incident, problem, change, knowledge, access, release and deployment management in day-to-day work, and contributes to their improvement

Your profile

* At least 1-2 years of professional experience in similar roles like Application Management, IT Operations Analyst, ETRM Analyst
* Experienced with cloud (in particular Azure) based application operations and cloud-based environments
* Experienced with working in an internal environment with external Service Providers and staff
* Broad & deep knowledge of end-to-end IT application support process, solid operational experience in application support/issue/Incident handling
* Knowledge of IT operations incl. ITIL
* Excellent analytical skills to create holistic understanding of a problem end-to-end
* Logical thinker, able to own, investigate and resolve problems and incidents issues, resourceful and creative with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
* Ability to work both independently and within an agile team in combination with the strong desire to accept responsibility
* Strong analytical and structured way of thinking, high organizational skills with the ability to present complex topics targeted to the audience
* Experience in Trading IT and good understanding of ETRM systems such as ION OpenLink is a plus
* Fluency in English is essential; further language skills are advantageous
