To strengthen our growing team in Frankfurt, we are seeking, at the earliest possible date, a Client Relationship Officer (m/f/d).

Your role

In this position, you will mainly serve as the first point of contact for our wealthy private clients and family offices for a wide range of matters. You will coordinate the handling of requests in close cooperation with our client relationship managers and independently take on a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities as part of ongoing account management. In addition, you will support our senior bankers in preparing and following up on appointments with clients and in implementing individual client requests.

Your profile

You have experience in a client-facing role, ideally in the financial sector, and you enjoy communicating with our clients and supporting our senior bankers in managing client relationships. In addition, you enjoy working as part of a team, are service-oriented, and have a structured and meticulous way of working. You are naturally discreet and confidentiality is a matter of course. You also have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English.
