Your Role
As a Specialist Regulatory Affairs (m/f/d), you will join our Regulatory Affairs Flavor Finished Product Compliance EAME team. In this role, you will help ensure transparent, accurate, and legally compliant information for our customers, supporting both Central European customers and our Global Key Account Team. You will act as a key contact for regulatory inquiries, product questionnaires, and compliance-related customer projects while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across the organization.
This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) on a 13-month fixed-term contract.
* Complete customer product questionnaires and respond to regulatory inquiries.
* Support customer-specific compliance and regulatory projects.
* Provide guidance and regulatory advice during product development and revision processes.
* Coordinate information gathering across multiple databases and internal functions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Quality Control, Planning, Development, Sales, and PE&TC, as well as external customers.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of efficient ways of working within an evolving IT landscape.
* Ensure compliance with applicable food and flavor regulations and industry standards.
About You
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or a comparable technical discipline.
* Fluent English and advanced German language skills are required.
* Initial experience in Regulatory Affairs, Food Compliance, or the flavor and food industry is an advantage.
* Knowledge of food and flavor legislation is a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset and affinity for working with data and IT systems.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and networking skills.
* Team-oriented and customer-focused approach.
* Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
