In our Digital Workplace team, we ensure that our employees have all the technical resources they need to be successful in their work. By providing services such as our IT helpdesk, the implementation of new systems, and hardware management, we make sure that our colleagues are well-equipped and able to work anywhere and anytime. As Team Lead Digital Workplace Operations, you'll guide two small teams with a hands-on approach, making sure priorities are clear, collaboration is strong, and tickets are handled end-to-end. You and your team are responsible for ensuring reliable 1st level support across the organization.
Your Profile
* Proven experience leading IT teams in Support, Digital Workplace, or IT Operations
* Extensive background in IT support helpdesk and 1st level operations
* Hands-on leadership style with strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement
* Clear communicator who aligns technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
* Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities
* Fluent in German and English
* Comfortable working regularly on-site with the team
Your Skills
* Team leadership and people development with accountability for company-wide IT-Support
* End-to-end ticket execution and SLA management
* Onboarding coordination and stakeholder alignment
* Endpoint management for macOS and Windows
* Automation and security-focused mindset
* Operational improvement through data analysis and user feedback
