What you'll build

The Service Management Team of Data Center and Infrastructure Lifecycle Services governs all Services provided by our external Partners. As part of the Team, you will

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and improve services delivered by external partners

* Maintain and continuously improve presentation templates, reporting formats and our content

* Support the planning, preparation and follow-up of regular business review meetings

* Capture, organize, and track action items

What you bring

* Student (f/m/d) in a relevant program, e.g. Business, Management or a related field with IT focus

* Basic understanding of service management processes and best practices

* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with partners, facilitate discussions, and confidently support or lead business review sessions

* High motivation to learn, take responsibility, and grow within an agile and dynamic environment

* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

* Working from the office in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot is on 2-3 days per week required

Where you belong

The Data Center and Infrastructure Lifecycle Services unit is globally responsible to fulfill the demand for Data Center space and Cloud Infrastructure capacities in the various SAP Data Centers and to hand it over to the consumers of the Cloud Infrastructure.

Also, Data Center strategy, planning and operations including all physical work within the Data Centers is managed by our unit.

Our vision is to ensure governance and continuous delivery of data center and infrastructure build services to all our cloud service customers.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
