* End-to-end order management from order entry to delivery
* Handling customer inquiries, order clarifications, and service requests
* Interface between customers, Sales, and Supply Chain
* Processing complaints, claims, and return flows
* Monitoring deliveries and proactively managing deviations
* Maintaining accurate customer and order documentation in SAP

* Completed commercial education
* Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or order management
* Strong service mindset and structured, independent working style
* Good SAP knowledge and strong Excel skills
* Fluent German, good English skills
