Job Description:
* Manage automated replenishment for NOS and VMI models to optimize product availability and stock levels
* Monitor assortment performance across suppliers, categories, and SKUs, deriving data-driven insights and recommendations
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Buying, Inbound, and Merchandise Planning, as well as external suppliers
* Support cross-functional projects focused on merchandise steering automation and forecasting data quality improvements
Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with large datasets
* Strong problem-solving skills, quick perception, and a structured way of working
* Proactive personality with a hands-on mindset
* Fluent English skills
Nice To Have
* Initial experience in supply chain, merchandise management, or controlling, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or the fashion industry
* First touchpoints with analytics or BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
* German language skills
