What To Expect
We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous and diligent person who will take ownership of internship, working students, dual student recruitment for Tesla. In addition, during periods where internship recruitment volume is low, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various other campus related projects.

As part of the Future Talent Team, you will play a pivotal role in building Tesla's future talent pipeline. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with our first-class recruitment team which shares the common goal of building the best team for Tesla.

What You'll Do

* Take ownership of Tesla's future talent recruitment program for Giga and handle end-to-end recruitment
* Work with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and job descriptions while maintaining employer branding through our instagram channel and events
* Develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure clear communication, smooth processes and great candidate experience
* Manage projects independently with minimal oversight
* Define, capture and report on metrics

What You'll Bring

* Good stakeholder management skills and ability to prioritize
* Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity
* Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change
* Excellent written and spoken English and German, additional languages are considered a plus
