Your Role

As HR Controller EAME (m/f/d) you will be part of our Center of Expertise Budgeting and Controlling consisting of 6 colleagues globally. The harmonization of HR Analytics & Controlling fundamentals across Symrise entities worldwide will be one of your main responsibilities with focus on the EAME region where you will act as main point of contact for Managers and HR.
This requisition is a fulltime position to be located at our global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.
* Global Integration: Harmonize HR Analytics & Controlling fundamentals across Symrise entities worldwide
* Tools: Implement and run Adaptive Planning for personnel (cost) planning
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Deliver global and segment dashboards with actionable insights
* Analyze personnel and cost developments, providing clear explanations and trends
* Prepare reports on FTEs and personnel costs versus budget and prior year
* Develop new reporting instruments by considering digital tools (e.g. BI tools etc.)
* Controlling & Planning:

* Contribute to establishing a lean and target-oriented personnel (cost) planning process
* Manage HR cost structures in collaboration with Finance and Compensation & Benefits teams
* Lead HR budget and reforecast processes in line with group guidelines
* Support global projects such as cost-saving initiatives, M&A integrations, and contingent workforce tracking
* Knowledge Sharing: Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams and business leaders, providing expertise and training on analytics and controlling fundamentals
* Collaboration: Work closely with Global HRBPs, Finance stakeholders, and local HR teams to ensure compliance and consistency in reporting and planning
About You

* You successfully completed your university degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* You have professional experience in HR analytics or controlling within a multinational matrix organization.
* You provide a strong analytical and cost-oriented mindset with project management skills.
* You have a proven track record in working with HRIS and reporting tools (Workday required, SAP, MicroStrategy a plus)
* You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to collaborate across global teams.
* You are fluent in both written and spoken English and ideally have a good command in another major language such as German or French.
