A Day in the Life

Treten Sie dem Operational Excellence (OPEX)-Team in Deggendorf bei und sammeln Sie praktische Erfahrungen in der Unterstützung der Prozessoptimierung bei der Produktion von Spinalimplantaten. Sie arbeiten mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen und tragen zur Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen bei. Diese Tätigkeit bietet eine großartige Gelegenheit, analytische Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, Produktionsabläufe zu verstehen und an wirkungsvollen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen in einer MedTech-Umgebung teilzunehmen.

* Beschäftigungsdauer: 6 Monate mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung
* Arbeitsstunden: 15 Stunden pro Woche
* Arbeitsmodell: vor Ort

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
* Unterstützung von Prozessanalysen und Optimierungsinitiativen innerhalb der Produktionskette
* Unterstützung bei der Erfassung, Bewertung und Visualisierung von Prozessdaten
* Helfen Sie bei der Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und leiten Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
* Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams auf dem gesamten Standort
* Unterstützung der Dokumentation und Berichterstattung von Prozessverbesserungsaktivitäten

Erforderliches Wissen und Fähigkeiten:
* Einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, IT-Technologie, Medizintechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet anstreben.
* Spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch
* Teamorientiert mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
* Analytisches Denken mit strukturiertem Arbeitsansatz
* Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office, insbesondere Excel
* Fähigkeit, eigenständig mit Liebe zum Detail zu arbeiten
