As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, engaging directly with merchants, building relationships, and helping them access the right SumUp solutions for their business.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
💼 Own your sales pipeline end-to-end: qualify leads, engage prospects via phone and email, and convert them into loyal customers
🤝 Build strong, lasting relationships with small businesses by understanding their needs and showing how SumUp's ecosystem makes their operations simpler
🎤 Deliver compelling product consultations and demos - turning interest into adoption of our card readers, POS solutions, and software products
🔥 Drive results by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
📊 Track your progress, share insights with the team, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

👀 You'll Be a Great Fit If You
* Have proven sales experience (POS, SaaS, hospitality, retail, or related industries a plus)
* Are fluent in German (C1+) and strong in English for internal collaboration
* Are confident, solution-oriented, and enjoy consultative selling
* Thrive on targets and are motivated by measurable success
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Are self-driven, resilient, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
