We are seeking for a Jr Buyer to join our Global Business Services team.
Responsibility:

* Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including order confirmations, delivery date updates, and SAP data accuracy.
* Monitor and expedite past-due orders by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time material delivery.
* Process purchase order changes, including reschedules and cancellations, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
* Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) activities for non-conforming or excess materials, ensuring timely returns and credit resolution.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, supplier non-conformance issues, and support Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
* Perform GR/IR reconciliation and invoice processing, partnering with suppliers, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.

What we're looking for

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
* Advance level of english (mandatory)
* Experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or order management operations, with a solid understanding of business processes and operational procedures.
* Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
* Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis. Tableau or PowerBI experience will be an added advantage.
* Experience with mass data entry and high-volume transaction processing.
