Your Day to Day

As an Instructional Designer, you will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences to support capability building across B2B and B2C audiences.

You will:
* Design and develop interactive learning solutions (online trainings, videos, manuals, infographics, quizzes)
* Apply instructional design methodologies to enhance engagement, retention, and effectiveness
* Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored content
* Manage end-to-end training projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
* Analyze feedback and KPIs to continuously improve learning solutions
* Support the planning and production of training materials aligned with commercial cycles
* Drive standardization and process improvements
* Contribute to capability-related initiatives and projects

Who we're looking for

* University degree or advanced studies in Marketing, HR, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or similar
* 2+ years of experience in instructional design or training development
* Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
* Advanced English (written and spoken)
* Portuguese is a plus
* Experience influencing stakeholders across teams, with strong attention to detail, delivery focus, and a continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
* Instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking)
* Learning experience design (e-learning, blended, in-person)
* Tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, LMS, Adobe Premiere/Illustrator, Canva, Vyond, Synthesia, PowerPoint, Clipchamp
* AI tools usage for content creation
* Strong MS 365 skills with focus in MS Excel
