Are you looking for a role where you can shape regulatory strategy and enable business growth?
If so, this is the job for you.
As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will act as a key strategic partner to the business, leading regulatory strategy and execution for Argentina while ensuring strong alignment with commercial priorities. This role will serve as the primary local regulatory representative, supporting portfolio maintenance, product launches, and external engagement, while enabling speed to market and minimizing regulatory barriers.

Key responsibilities:
* Act as the primary regulatory point of contact in Argentina, representing the business with health authorities, trade associations, and external stakeholders.
* Develop and execute regulatory strategies that enable portfolio continuity and new product launches, aligned with business objectives and market realities.
* Lead regulatory planning for new product introductions, ensuring timely market access while maintaining full compliance.
* Proactively manage regulatory maintenance activities to avoid supply or market disruptions.
* Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into feasible regulatory pathways.
* Influence stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives, building alignment through strategic thinking and solution-oriented approaches.
* Drive regulatory process improvements, identifying opportunities to simplify, accelerate, and improve ways of working.
* Anticipate regulatory risks and changes, advising the business with clear recommendations and mitigation strategies.
* Demonstrate leadership through influence rather than hierarchical authority, acting as a trusted advisor across functions.
* Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and open team culture aligned with Haleon values.
