As an Ethics & Compliance - Compliance Resource Center - Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice, handle technical tasks, and conduct in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value and contribute to the team's success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity within the organization. By applying a learning mindset and appreciating diverse perspectives, you will contribute to sustaining performance and developing your potential. Your ability to gather information from various sources, analyze facts, and discern patterns will be key in building commercial awareness and supporting the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting in-depth analyses to support specific projects related to compliance and risk management
- Providing specialized advice on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients
- Facilitating adherence to ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity within the organization
- Monitoring compliance programs and conducting compliance risk assessments to identify potential issues
- Supporting the development of corporate compliance programs and overseeing compliance training initiatives
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in compliance and risk management
- Applying technical knowledge in accounting practices and regulatory guidelines to enhance compliance oversight
- Collaborating with teams to design onboarding processes and develop policies and guidelines for compliance
- Utilizing metrics and reporting tools to track compliance program effectiveness and operational risk management
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
