About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio within a broader asset management environment. This diverse portfolio spans retail, commercial, industrial, and vacant land assets, offering variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, working closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to deliver strong commercial outcomes and a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day operations across a mixed property portfolio
* Overseeing lease administration, occupancy, and tenant matters
* Building and maintaining strong client, tenant, and contractor relationships
* Preparing and delivering accurate financial reporting and performance analysis
* Contributing to annual budgets and monthly reporting cycles
* Monitoring portfolio performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Proactively managing risks and escalating issues where required
* Driving best-practice processes and continuous improvement initiatives
* You'll be supported by a collaborative wider team across facilities management, finance, inspections, and lease administration, allowing you to focus on delivering results.

About You
You are a motivated and commercially focused Property Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of a diverse portfolio.

* Proven experience managing a property portfolio (commercial, retail, or mixed-use preferred)
* Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting experience
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality service and outcomes
