Restaurant Ikarus, located within Red Bull's Hangar-7, has been awarded two Michelin stars and 19 Gault & Millau points. Renowned for its innovative guest chef concept, the restaurant offers an ever-changing culinary experience unlike any other. Each month, one of the world's leading chefs takes over the kitchen, presenting their signature creations and bringing world-class international cuisine to Salzburg.RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and organize mise en place for both cold and hot dishes

Support the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes for our various outlets (Restaurant Ikarus, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, and Mayday Bar)

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

EXPERIENCE

Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy

Previous professional experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality

Excellent product knowledge and strong professional expertise

Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor

Strong team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability
*
