Job Description SummaryLocation: Schaftenau, Austria #onsite

Role Purpose:
As an Expert Human Factors Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of drug-device combination products-including autoinjectors, prefilled syringes, and other delivery systems. You will ensure our solutions are safe, effective, and user-centered by bringing the voice, needs, limitations, and real-world use of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals into every stage of development.

Job Description
Major accountabilities:
* Practices efficient time management, focuses on deliverables, and is able to effectively prioritize when undertaking assigned projects
* Responsible for planning, monitoring, documenting of projects and analysis of information
* Contributes to some cost center goals and objectives
* Broadens technical knowledge via departmental activities, literature reading and experiential learning.
* May train junior new team members
* Skilled in collaboration across project team(s)
* Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
* Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Key performance indicators:
* Customer / partner/ project feedback and satisfaction -Adherence to Novartis policy and guidelines

* English.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR59,781.96/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
