Test Analyst

What does your job as a Test Analyst look like?
* Managing, monitoring, and improving the testing process within NN Non Life
* Preparing test plans and executing functional tests, regression tests, and acceptance tests
* Informing stakeholders within NN about the progress and quality of the tests (end to end)
* Collaborating with NN's Business and IT teams to ensure an efficient testing approach
* Aligning the scenarios to be tested for functional, regression, and acceptance testing
* Implementing and maintaining test automation and end to end testing
* Organizing feedback loops between incident management and test management to detect issues earlier in the future
* Communicating professionally with stakeholders at both operational and governance levels
* Proposing structural solutions based on analyses
* Contributing to the preparation of test reports and documentation about the executed tests

This is how you fit perfectly into our team
* You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience (a master's degree is a plus)
* You are familiar with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow, and you have knowledge of best practices such as ITIL, the V Model, or Scrum
* You have a very good knowledge in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an asset
* Experience in non life insurance or in an IT environment within the insurance or banking sector is an advantage, but not a strict requirement
* You have strong communication skills, are stress resistant, and well organized
* You have a solution oriented mindset and a structured, quality driven approach
* You are flexible, enjoy working in a team, and contribute to continuous improvement
