Description du poste:
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
Demand Managers are pivotal in orchestrating the various activities of the Demand Management Framework. They ensure pipeline health to achieve the company's booking targets. Their primary focus is securing strategic, customer focused and integrated demand plans from all sources of demand including Marketing, Partners, Sales, and Services. By steering the execution of these plans, Demand Managers play a critical role in cultivating a pipeline of high quality that aligns with company objectives. They proactively identify pipeline gaps and overall challenges to then mitigate in a timely manner.
As a Demand Management Associate for the BeNeLux market unit you will work closely with the different Demand Managers and interact with our sales-, marketing-, advisory- and partner teams across Benelux.
Your responsibilities include:
In the field of Demand Planning:
* Consolidating demand generating activities from various sources
* Analyzing plans to identify pipeline gaps
* Supporting follow-up and mitigation efforts
In the field of Demand Execution:
* Mastering the sales engagement platform 'Outreach.io'
* Assisting with (digital) outbound campaign planning and execution based on market and customer needs
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives, such as contact data enhancements and platform utilization projects.
* Monitoring outcomes, reporting, analysis and creating insights
What you bring:
* Ability to work and communicate across the different sales, marketing, advisory and partner teams.
* Fluency in English (and either Dutch and/or French is a big plus)
* Drive and ambition to take own initiative
* Quick learning of new tools
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Strong analytical thinking
* Helpful: Experience with Outreach.io and proficiency with Excel
Where you belong:
You will work alongside two senior demand managers in an international environment with a focus on BeNeLux. Your office location will be Diegem, Brussels. We work ~3 days per week in the office where we enjoy an open and modern space with a great focus on well-being. We are committed and live by our values: Build bridges not silos, embrace differences, keep the promise, stay curious, tell it like it is, and live the leadership credo.
