Job Description:

Your Mission
As our Business Development Manager Biometrics, you'll be the strategic force behind expanding our biometrics services (including data management and biostatistics) in the clinical research sector.
You will:
* Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
* Be a connector by actively networking in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and building key partnerships.
* Close deals by negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Collaborate internally to align client needs with our service offerings and support cross-functional opportunities.
* Champion our CRM by maintaining and developing our customer database to fuel future growth.

Qualifications:

What You Bring
* A bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development within the Life Sciences industry.
* Solid understanding of clinical research, CRO operations, and biometrics (data management and/or biostatistics).
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* A collaborative spirit, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
